Alchimista Spiked Ice Cream started as an idea to make artisanal ice cream with a twist. Between flavor explorations and liquor infusions, one mix led to another until a perfect formula was born. As we worked to perfect the taste and texture of our products, we innovated our recipes to create the ideal pairings between alcohol and ice cream.
This exclusive collection of ice cream and sorbet highlights the sweet zests of Brandy, the robust tannins of Malbec, or the spiced notes of Golden Rum, among other liquors.
